Perform To ApuliArteFestival

 

Dance companies interested in performing at ApuliArteFestival should submit their proposal together with:

-  piece to be perform

-  dance company’s biography

-  choreographer’s CV

-  DVD’s production its intended to be perform (full performance)

-  events in which the company has performed in recent years and planned appearances in the near future

-  technical requirements

-  financial conditions for one performance

-  any workshops or other ancillary offerings

-  portfolio with any major press clippings, brochure, high resolution photos

-  anything else you feel is relevant

 

Please send your proposal to Arte&BallettO no later than 30 September of each year.

If the proposal interest us, the Company will be contact by our Organization.

It might be possible that our Organization will need to see the company performing with the specific proposal before any further negotiations; if so your Company must take in charge the cost of one guest for the visit.

If you would like your material returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Proposal materials of companies who will be taken in consideration for the AAF will be kept by the Organization.
